These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your participation in the prediction contest ("Contest") hosted on https://mkt.snapmint.com/ (the "Website"), operated by Snapmint ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
The Contest is open to lawful residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
To be eligible to win any prize in this Contest, a participant must have successfully completed at least one valid transaction on the Snapmint App Marketplace during the official Contest Period. Canceled, refunded, or failed transactions will not be counted toward eligibility.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Snapmint are not eligible to participate.
Participants must log in/register on the Website using their Snapmint registered mobile number or email ID.
Participants must submit their predictions for the respective events as outlined on the Website before the specified cutoff times.
Predictions cannot be changed or modified once submitted.
Participants will be ranked based on the total number of correct predictions made during the Contest Period.
Important: The primary award(s) will be given to the participant(s) with the highest number of correct predictions. In the event of a tie (where multiple participants achieve the exact same number of highest correct predictions), the final winner(s) will be selected through a random Lucky Draw from that pool of top scorers.
Snapmint's system logs and records regarding prediction timestamps and accuracy will be considered final and binding.
Winners will be notified via their registered email address or mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp) within 7 days of the Contest ending.
To claim the prize, winners may be required to verify their identity and confirm their successful Snapmint app transaction.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If a winner does not respond within the specified number of days of the notification, Snapmint reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award it to the next eligible participant.
Snapmint reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using automated scripts, bots, multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Snapmint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these T&C at any time without prior notice.
Snapmint shall not be held responsible for technical errors, network failures, delayed/lost submissions, or any direct/indirect damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
